		<description>The concentration of mercury in fish becomes higher as you move up the food chain. Even the EPA says &quot;Do not eat Shark, Swordfish, King Mackerel, or Tilefish because they contain high levels of mercury.&quot; Albacore consumption should be limited. Info here:
