And those of you who remember the advertising are probably glad. The can of regular Chock Full o'Nuts coffee is the best-selling individual grocery product in New York, according to Richard N. Costello, agency president. But the sales here have been flat or slipping slightly, he said, and that is why the company is advertising again. The movie was entitled "The Bucket List". Essentially the bucket list is a list of things that the two of them wanted to do before they died of terminal metastatic brain cancer. They were were cremated. Their ashes were left in coffee cans and placed on top of the highest peak of Mount Everest in the Himalayan Mountains. It was introduced to me my a fellow DJ and have been hooked ever since. We used to have to order via mail but now Super Wal*Mart carries it at a great price. My sister's favorite was and to this day is the Date Nut Bread with Cream Cheese as mine was the white powdered donut. Our mother loved the coffee and to this day I buy Chock in the Sup in Shop Rite. So, you can't imagine how excited and nostalgic I became when I saw that a Chock opened on Avenue J in Brooklyhn, NY. Kosher to boot!!!!
