He seen the advertisement and clicked on the free credit reports. He did not receive the reports andin looking at his bank staement he was charged 29.95 for February. I went back and looked at prior bank statement and they got him for January and December of 09 as well, when he first clicked on. No phone number or name was on the January and February statements. I got the phone number from the December statement and when I called it gave me his "membership" I.D. # and the URL. The recording gives instructions on how to cancel, but they do not function. We were going to go to the bank yesterday but he had a heart attack and is currently in the hospital. I am going to the bank to see if we can go after these swindlers as soon as I can as well as report them to the BBB. My dad earned less than 9.000.00 last year and is strugling to get by and he thought the site was legit because Ben Stein was endorsing them. Very upset Father and Son in Chicago. I do have a debit cards, however, they are not listed. I only have a credit card / ATM access card from my credit union which is accepted world wide but not for on-line use!
