		<description>If T-Mobile wanted to actually convince customers to get rid of the paper bill, they would have offered some amount of money (make it $3-5) OFF of their present bill, instead of adding $1.50 to the current bill.

But then, what do you expect from a cell phone company, sensibility?</description>
